Coming off a white hot 2012 that included the release of their album Army of Mushrooms and their epic “The Unveiling” tour, psytrance progenitors Infected Mushroom, are back with a new EP and winter tour. Friends on Mushrooms Vol. 1 will be released January 22nd on Steve Aoki’s influential Dim Mak Records. The four song EP features collaborations with fellow Israelis Hope 6 and Astrix and finds Infected Mushroom exploring more sonic territory including dub reggae, moombahton and electro house.

Infected Mushroom members Amit Duvdevani, known as Duvdev, and Erez Eisen are also in the midst a North American tour which will features a 3D landscape designed by Vita Motus Design Studio and V Squared Labs, the same team behind Amon Tobin’s ISAM and The Skrillex Cell to add breathtaking visuals to the infected Mushroom live experience. The tour is making its way down the East Coast, wrapping up in Pompano Beach, Florida on February 2.
