For any label or artist, connecting with and rewarding diehard fans is always a vital factor for ongoing success. With this goal in mind, Skrillex and his OWSLA partners have launched The Nest, a new, subscription-based imprint through OWSLA, today with the first new material becoming available January 2nd, 2013. The Nest will function similarly to a digital fan club and for $12/month, subscribers will receive all OWSLA recordings on or before the day of release in their choice of high-quality format as well as weekly free downloads exclusive to The Nest. This Nest-only content will feature younger, developing acts, fostering their talent while exposing them to a wide audience. Subscribers will also receive exclusive remixes, DJ sets, acapellas and remix parts, early access to tickets for events, upgrades to VIP for key OWSLA events, 20% off OWSLA merch, access to meet and greets in key cities and exclusive Nest live chats and Ustreams.

Although The Nest will not release new content until after the New Year, fans can sign up today to receive access to OWSLA’s 2011 Treats and 2012 Treats, two previously unreleased compilations showcasing some of the label’s most noteworthy releases. As an extra bonus, all those that sign up before December 31st will automatically be entered to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Ultra 2013 in Miami, including airfare, VIP passes and hotels for two.

“The Nest is another chance for us to get music out to the fans quicker and easier. It’s a step into the unknown future of music which is exciting, and it allows us to keep our fans up on fresh content and bring up some new artists we love” – SKRILLEX
