In a story that went viral very quickly, DJ Shadow was pulled off the decks at Mansion in Miami last week, for playing a set that was “too future” (his words) for the standard nightclub audience, despite having his fans supporting him at the show. Beatport has announced that they will release “a full, live recording of the entire set, which was notoriously halted for being ‘too hard.’” as a part of their Beatport Mixes series, this Sunday, December 30th.
