It’s easy to see why aging 80′s hip-hop heads turned to house music, with producers like DJ Dan, Crazibiza, and Gary Caos breathing new life into the funk & soul samples that produced so many old school classics. The latest is Dan’s team up with Phunk Investigation, who absolutely slays James Brown’s “Get Up, Get Into It, Get Involved, Pt. 1″ with this energetic new take on “Everybody Over There”. Some classic techno vibes on the b-side with “Revolution 51″.
