Duke Dumont, the London-based producer, Grammy nominee, and stylistic vanguard for the next global wave of deep house, has firmly assumed the throne this year, ever soaring upwards with the worldwide triumph of his single “I GOT U” feat. Jax Jones. As the second of two consecutive #1 UK singles (preceded by the Grammy-nominated “Need U (100%)”) “I GOT U” has sold over 2 million copies globally, topped the iTunes chart in 13 countries, went to #1 in the US Billboard Dance Chart, and accumulated well over 38 million YouTube plays. Duke was also personally invited by Kate Moss to perform “I GOT U” at the launch of her new collection at TopShop. The bombastic club anthem is well on its way to establishing itself as one of 2014′s biggest singles and Duke is bringing a dose of visionary excitement to North America with major festival slots at Lollapalooza and Osheaga as well as a special appearance at Colorado’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

Duke Dumont is at it again with a new single, “Won’t Look Back”. The glorious tour-de-force of soulful sun-kissed house, larger than life vocals and Duke’s signature majestic piano chords debuted as Zane Lowe’s Hottest Record and has since garnered one and a half million plays on Soundcloud and charted #1 on the Hype Machine. Adding to the momentum, Duke just released the song’s official video, which stars pogo-jumping bank robbers decked in royal family masks, who take on some death defying antics on their bid to escape the clutches of LA.

Duke is currently putting the final touches on his debut album, coming in the US via Astralwerks with additional U.S. tour dates coming in fall 2014 (details soon TBA).
